Project AGRICULTURE is a free online resource designed specifically for Alberta students and teachers and directly correlated with Alberta integrated elementary curriculum and junior/senior high Science and Social Studies curriculum. It provides learning resources for students that are embedded in the website, including authentic and current photos and videos of Alberta farms and farmers. The program is organized to provide teachers with the flexibility to follow a project-based learning process OR implement single competency-based, literacy and numeracy focused activities. Comprehensive teaching resources are also provided as free downloads. The program encourages a project-based learning approach, provides students with the opportunity to share their learning through posting projects on the website and encourages teachers to discover the opportunities for both in-class and remote learning that the program can offer. The resource is sup[ported by the Supply Managed Industries Education Group (Alberta Chicken, Alberta Hatching Egg Producers, Alberta Milk, Alberta Turkey, Egg Farmers of Alberta)
