SEAWA is a multi-stakeholder, not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization designated by the Government of Alberta as a Watershed Planning an Advisory Council for the South Saskatchewan River Basin within AB, and the Pakowki Lake watershed.
We promote practices that help keep our water bodies, land, and natural ecosystems (native prairie & coulees, wetlands, riparia areas) including vegetation, fish and wildlife in healthy condition to benefit people in the long term.
We invite you to view our Prairie Shores video that presents the hard work and passion of the people and partners of SEAWA: https://youtu.be/MThi0iXCJhI
